Lil Snupe visits the Courthouse in Downtown Jonesboro, LA to attend a parole hearing for his father, "Charlie Brown" who has been incarcerated since 1999 when Snupe was only 4 years old. Watch as Snupe shares his true feelings about his daily struggles just 1 day after he finished recording his very 1st mixtape, "16 & Runnin".
